What sort of people will I be living with?
Your housemates will be working professionals typically in their mid-20s to early 30s. We try and match housemates with people we think they would suit and get on with. We rent rooms to people we would want to live with ourselves.
What is included in my rent?
Everything! All the bills such as WIFI, water, electricity, gas, council tax and TV license are included as well as all bedroom furniture and full stocked kitchen with pots and pans. We also have as cleaner once a week for the communal areas and a gardener where required, which is included in your rent.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
No, we don’t ask for deposits. We use an membership based deposit alternative scheme called flatfair which allows us to not take deposits and reduce the cost of moving for you.
Is there a minimum time I have to rent for?
Nope, we are the only letting agency in the country to offer flexible tenancies and thus don’t have a minimum term so you can stay for 3 months or three years. It just depends how much you love renting through us! You just have to give notice to leave.
What do I do if something needs fixing?
You can call your dedicated property manager who will arrange for the issue to be sorted asap.
What If I want to leave?
Due to our 30-Day Rent Back Guarantee if you don’t like the house or are unhappy with us, you can leave straight away, and we will return your rent as long as its within the first 30 days. If you want to leave us thereafter, you simply give us a month’s notice.
