    Proactive Management

    We know any newly refurbished property can let well at high rents. The issues tend to usually come 12 months later when its looking a bit run down and worse for wear. This is one of our key considerations. We provide our landlords with monthly reports and photographs of their property so they can see what it looks like. We actively provide feedback to landlords on ideas to keep the property looking as best it can from painting rooms, sorting new furniture out to organising new kitchens and bathrooms allowing us to achieve higher rents for you , let rooms faster, increase the value of your assets and keep ensure your returns stay strong as well as making our life a bit easier!

    Optimizing Rents and Returns

    We don’t do this on an annual basis like most agencies. We prefer to up the rent every time a tenant moves out of a room through small consistent rent increases. Most agents don’t like putting rents up as it’s a hassle and they don’t want to deal with tenants however as an investor we know the importance of keeping an eye on the market and nudging up rents to ensure we are optimising your returns. Not only does this maximise your rental income but more important your returns from your investment property.

    Reducing Void Periods

    As landlords ourselves we know the pain of voids. Combined with our proactive management and our innovative marketing we ensure we do everything to reduce void periods down for our landlords and increase your tenant retention. Again, ensuring we are doing everything we can to increase your investment returns and allow you to sit back and enjoy owning property again.
