Relo was started in 2015 by Miles Pattison-Appleton, in need to change the co-living lifestyle and letting agencies charge eye-watering prices. Tenants are being locked into over 12-month tenancy agreements, unacceptable living conditions with maintenance issue requests declined and nauseously high fees. Following his experience, Miles knew it was imperative to revolutionise the industries for others.
After seven successful years of conquering the Hereford HMO industry, Relo thought it was high time to bring Relo into the 21st century with a new name, image and brand that reflected its success.
