Relo took on the management of this property on behalf on a Bristol-based landlord who recently converted this property from a 3-bedroom family home into a 6 bedroom professional shared house in Hereford. Relo was involved from the outset including advising on the refurbishment of the property, putting all the regulations in and furnishing it, to then taking on the full HMO management of it including filling all 6 rooms before the refurb was even completed, with the landlord knowing the ongoing management of everything was being dealt with.
