This property was bought to Relo by a landlord looking for HMO management in Hereford as he finished refurbishing it and was looking to get all rooms rented as quickly as possible for the highest rents. Having seen that Relo took on simular types pf property, we were approached to let and manage this HMO on his behalf. We let all 6 rooms within a month and achieved some of the highest rents seen in Hereford, with one rooms breaking the £620 pcm mark.
